Our Story

Established in 1999, Pimentel Communications Inc. (PCI), a service oriented company, has been serving the greater Bay Area for over 17 years. Recently opening an office in Southern California. Paul Pimentel Sr. (CEO/President) started his career as a Line-man in 1973 for GTE in the Los Angeles area. In 1978 Paul began working phone lines, when a few years later in 1989, Paul moved up to Northern California. Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, he started working as a foreman for a low voltage wiring company installing copper cable networks. In 1994 Paul ventured into working small projects on his own and five short years later, successfully became Pimentel Communications Inc.

Pimentel Communications Inc. is a certified network wiring company that meets all EIA/TIA standards. PCI is a minority owned business and belongs to the MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and is also a member of the LBA (Latin Business Association).

PCI is a certified RCDD (Registered Communication Distribution Designer) company. Our Technicians are BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International) certified to keep us current with today’s cabling system installations.

Our employees are proud members of the CWA union, local 9412.
